Cancellation policy

Purchase Option Cancellations Purchase options such as preorders, subscriptions, or payment plans can be canceled before the item has shipped. Once your order has been fulfilled or is in transit, it can no longer be canceled and will fall under our standard return policy.

How to Cancel a Purchase Option To request a cancellation, contact us at twiztedhabitz@gmail.com with your order number. We will confirm whether your order is still eligible for cancellation.

Subscription Cancellations If you are subscribed to a recurring purchase option, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will apply to future charges only. Any orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Preorder Cancellations Preorders may be canceled up until the item enters production or fulfillment. After that point, the order cannot be canceled but may still qualify for a return once delivered, following our standard return policy.
